Sorry about the youngest! I took my youngest to the Dr. for his first-ever sick child visit. Had an ear infection, as I suspected, poor little boo.

VERY GLAD to hear about finally getting a referral for the oldest! It's so frustrating when drs brush you off.

Hello Ladies. Sorry I disappeared for a week. I have been traveling (and doing tons of walking but no Shred). I was back on Sunday, but have yet to get back to it, as a result it feels like almost a week since I did any 30ds. I'm hoping to reboot today (I ran/did a track work out on Monday and thought I was going to die from heat, ran yesterday at 10pm because it was too hot to do any earlier), maybe if it cools down after 8pm. Otherwise I will be rebooting level 1 tomorrow morning bright and early (before it gets too hot)--oh how I miss air conditioning.

Congrats to everybody for sticking with it and making it work with their schedules. You are all inspirations!!

@WannaBeCroft no worries. Life comes first, of course. But welcome back!

Welcome back! At this rate, I'll be here all by myself when I'm done. LOL. Level 1 Day 8--but it was definitely too soon as far as my shoulders are concerned. Might be from running/mostly walking with the stroller--I definitely felt that in my shoulders. :P No stroller today. But I'll try to run/walk alone. Maybe in 2 days I can do level 9. Maybe I'll have to wait for 3. Dunno.

I haven't done 30DS in over a week now :| I want to say that the heat is causing me to not sleep properly so in the mornings i'm too tired to workout and stay in bed to actually get some sleep, or that I can't seem to drink enough water to feel hydrated enough to workout.. or that I'm too tired when I get home from work from standing for 8 hours straight..... but they're all just excuses and I know that. I've been lazy.
Couldn't do dvd today because neighbours downstairs are home, but I did at least to another dvd that has no jumping.
Tomorrow before work, I will 30DS. It will technically be level 1 day 9, but I think i'm going to set myself back a few days as "punishment" before moving onto lv 2. lol. (ok that could be another excuse because I'm scared of lv 2)

Level 1 Day 9. Looks like I will have to do every 3 days, not every 2. I'm too weak in between.

I'll be here when you're done, NinjaChickie! I'm soooo slow. LOL.

I will be re-starting 30DS too. We had a heat wave in Belgium last week that made life miserable. There is no air conditioning at home/in the office. As a result, I couldn't stay hydrated or sleep well or get motivated to workout. I did try running, and it was horrible and I felt bad afterwards. This week is much more cool. I didn't shred yesterday -- kind of lost momentum after I came home from my run, which was a really really good 2 mile run.

In other news, I bought a real measuring tape while out shopping on Saturday and will be re-doing my measurements. I looked at the inches side compared to the other one I originally used and confirmed that the old one is not accurate. Based on the difference with the end of the tape, I expect to add about 1/5 to 1/4 of the previous number to each number for an accurate read. As I haven't done any shredding in the last week+ and my weight hasn't really changed, I think it's probably an accurate reboot equivalent.

I did Level 1 Day 11 today. I was thinking to do 5 days at lv 1 after the 10 day break, but i'm tired of lv 1. Going to move onto level 2 on Saturday.
I haven't really noticed any changes in my body, clothes are still fitting the same :( I need to work on better eating and actually reaching 10k steps every day. Only at 7152 for today and ready to crawl into bed.

Hahahah thanks. I meant every word. I still need to finish editing my recording of me doing Level 2. It's gonna be a bit delayed since I got a job.
