Today I will drink 64oz water, stay under my calories and if it's not raining later, go to the local ice cream shop and enjoy a small froyo already went to the gym this morning so I am not adding that to my Will because I did!

Drink 72 oz water
Stay under my calorie goals, despite 2 parties
Fit in a little exercise between running around as best I can.
Today I have to go to my mother's house to water her plants while she's out of town, then visit my father-in-law for early Father's Day lunch, then go to my son's house for his birthday party! I can probably pass on the birthday cake, but I'm sure there will be other temptations.0 -

I usually do pushups or situps during commercial breaks while watching TV. I have also been in offices wehre we did challenges and would do a set number an hour every day -- so it only takes a minute but over the course of the day you end up doing 100 or more if you're doing 10+ each time.
I do leg lifts and squats while watching TV. I usually do 20 squats and 20 leg lifts each leg, then sit and watch the program for awhile. Then get up and start over again. I can usually do about 80 or 100 before I give out. LOL
I also do push-ups in front of my sink. I like doing these better than wall push-ups because I can grab hold of the front of the sink and it feels more stable. I also like to look out my window at my back yard while I'm doing them. More interesting than looking at the wall or the floor.0 -

30 min cardio of some sort (it's supposed to rain all day, so this may be yoga, indoor workout of some sort, or dancing around the house like a maniac)

•find and do a workout on you tube. (Any suggestions?)
•Not go over my calorie intake.
•take one of my recipes and maybe revamp it to make it healthier for my family without them knowing

So yesterday I was able to do meet all my goals, except I had 2 1/2 pieces of pizza. But I mowed more of the yard so perhaps that canceled each other out.
Today I will

Not eat out, but eat the food I brought to work
Do my daily burn exercise
get all my steps in.
Log all foods and stay under my calorie goal.

Meet yesterday's goals (because yesterday I didn't--I spent too much time at work and bailed on the workout after I got home and made dinner super-late).0 -
Well, yesterday I completely faltered.
I DID log all my food
I DID drink my water
I did NOT exercise
I DID stop at not one but two fast food restaurants.
I did NOT stay under my calorie goal.
SOOOOOOO, today I will
Log all foods
Drink 64oz water
eat only food I brought with me to work and what I have made at home
Exercise at the office and mow Mother in law's back yard.
I am so thankful for this group!0 -
Met all my goals for yesterday! (and bought new clothes that were 1 size smaller in pants and 2 sizes smaller in tops!
Anyway
I have a lunch meeting today so hopefully they won't serve anything too bad but I know there will be some sort of bread or starch product. I will not eat that.
I will exercise at least 30 minutes
I will stay under my calorie goals even without adding in my "extra" workout calories.0 -

You are all doing such a great job. You should be proud. I find it hard at times to drink 64oz of water. I push myself everyday. Any suggestions?0
