    I did 3.1 miles on the treadmill at the gym late this evening and then 0.5 on the arm-bike to make goal too! Woohoo!!

    Although I'm really tired now so I'm not going to do a full update on the spreadsheet til morning. :neutral:

    What happened to July??? Month just flew by. First full month of retirement and constantly busy. :)
    Although I haven't posted, I have been keeping track thanks to technology.

    Got up and ran this morning before work- adding 7.16 hot, steamy miles. May as well up my goal to 400, should hit that easily tomorrow when I ride.

    Total to date - 162.81 of 160 miles - goal! It's been rough for me since April (health-wise), so I'm very happy to make goal with days to spare instead of getting down to the wire!

Whether you're close to goal or not, please do your best to make a strong push at the end here!!! :flowerforyou: We're getting nearer to the 500K lifetime miles, but with 1,800 miles left to go, I think we're looking to hit it sometime early August.

    5.8 mile run/walk after my weekend of annoying shifts. I had actually intended to go run on the treadmill on my way home from work (I swear!) but it was the monthly staff meeting. I teleconferenced the mind-numbingly boring thing while I drove 13 miles home, went to the grocery store, hit the Dunkin Donuts drive-thru for coffee, unpacked all the groceries and landed in my bedroom. I lost some brain cells on Aisle 3.

    Took a well deserved rest day today. Went to my chiropractor for a much needed treatment on my back. She was on vacation for a week and I was gone for a week, so two weeks since last treatment. She says everything is looking good, though still a ways to go.
