I don't mean to sound like a whiner, but I noticed my streak count was up to 5 and it should have reset back to zero.
I haven't closed out June yet...that's when I update the "Streak" numbers. Maybe I'll get to that tonight, but it'll more than likely be tomorrow sometime.

Slow to register this month - I've been at a family gathering in Glasgow. It was fab catching up the the cousins ( and the crazy Aunts and Uncles - who are a diminishing breed, sadly. We were reminded that we are now the crazy 'wrinklies' when the new brat pack took to the dance floor.)

Is there any way I can lower my goal since it's so early in the month? I'd like to put it back to 75, if I could. My knee /IT band are super bad and there's no way I can do long runs, which is where a ton of my miles come from. I'm actually going to take a run break for 2 weeks and see what other cross training I can do without irritating it. I've already been stretching, strengthening hip/glutes, foam roll, ice, etc, etc. Elliptical seems ok and I haven't tried my stationary bike yet. It's just frustrating and depressing to know there's no way I can make it and we are at the beginning of the month.

That being said, I added 3 this morning. 2 running miles and then the 1 mile walk home when I couldn't finish my run :disappointed: I'll change my goal on my ticker if it's ok that I lower it

@SCARFE9991 - I have no problem with that at all! Last thing I want is for you to hurt or injure yourself further trying to stick to the original number. I have lowered it to 75 for you. Do what you can, but please listen closely to your body and try not to overdo it. :flowerforyou:

@Loce tales: Hope you are feeling better.

Got a ride in today. Weather: HOT and dry. I got the wonderful news today that my spine and neck will take about 6 more weeks to heal and the concussion between now and 6 months. I can ride about 10 miles then my back goes. i come home and lay down, and the whole world spins. Oh well I will stop ranting about this now.

    07/01 - 10.0 miles cycling
    07/02 - 2.0 miles walking
    07/03 - 11.0 miles cycling
    07/04 - 10.0 miles cycling (TdF Challenge Stage 1)
    07/05 - 12.0 miles cycling (TdF Challenge Stage 2)
    07/06 - 10.0 miles cycling (TdF Challenge Stage 3)

    Total: 55.0 miles

@Dave - You're awesome. :+1: Glad to see you racking up miles.
@scarfe9991 - Ditto on what Dave said. There is no reason to injure yourself more. It sounds like you're doing all you can to get back to healthy so I hope the healing goes quickly.
@anaconda469 - You need to be careful. Concussions are mean nasty things with long term consequences if you don't treat them nice. If you're needing to lie down and the room is spinning when you get home, you're pushing too hard. Back off a little. It will come with time. Be patient.
