I was scrubbing the bathroom today and kinda felt a muscle in my arm. Looked it up and its the brachiosaurus or something like that. Found out hammer and reverse-grip curls work it. Got a nice burn. Love to get that feeling.

Ate too much today, but it was all good stuff. MFP thinks I'm going to gain weight in five weeks. Hah, joke's on them!

Glad everyone is peed out and stepped up and not scary anymore.
    Luv y'all,
    Paula

Happy Sunday! Last tennis match of the season today. I was not in the lineup but got a all Friday yo sub for a teammate that could not play and was asked to step in because no one else was available. Didn't mind...i always want to play. :)

Chris - great walking as usual. Wonderful that DH is doing well!

Shelley - sounds like a great time with grandkids. I like to do the same with nieces & nephews by age group. That makes it easier.

Clara - good luck with the walking. I start tomorrow morning if tennis doesn't kill me today.

Paula - I believe everyone has the right to ask questions and everyone also has the right to answer or not. Religion is a tough one but I live in the south and "have a blessed day" is used here almost as a regular salutation. We also have fanatics who will get on our subway and just start "preaching" at the top of their lungs until the next stop then move on to the next car. That I don't like...keep it to yourself. I think we are all old enough and respectful enough to have discussions about anything. :D

    Thanks, Kathy.

Walked with Bean this morning before it got hot. Man, that pup has a mind of his own. When he stops...that's no moving him until he's ready to move... My right arm is now longer than my left!! Then I took him home then I got on the recumbent for 12.0 miles. I'm still behind in my miles challenge. So, I have 12.0 miles on the recumbent and 6.39 miles walking for 12,645 steps.

It's been a good day. DH is doing much, much better!

    Chris
