    Same old thing Ruthie We have lost a bunch of us But a few is just fighting it off. I am one of the fighter am thinking of the South beach diet. It is a low carb diet A big welcome to Ruthie.

    HI misfit.I am going to try the South Beach diet. it is a low carb plan and my carbs are way out is way off to tame it down a lot.

    Sounds like a good plan, Marie! Low carb has worked for me although, right now, I am at a standstill AGAIN.

    Hi everyone, I am doing good. My weight is still up some, but I will fix that, eventually. It was the hottest day of the year here today. Trying to not be in the sun as much as I normally do, so I have been staying in more, until later when we get in our pool. My husband built a huge smoker and he has been smoking meat. We recently smoked a chuck roast and it was in beef broth cooking part of the time and it was like a french dip sandwich with juice. It's crazy all the thinges that you can smoke, I seen a recipe for meatloaf. Talk to you later. Janice
