    Thought I would add to this existing thread....

    HW: 317
    11/16 Surgery Date, SW: 287
    12/16 - One Month: 257 (-30)

    I'm so excited that I lost 30 pounds in the first month! Granted, a lot of it was water weight/etc, but I'll take it. Having said that, most of this loss was in the first 2.5 weeks, and I've only lost 2 pounds in the past 2 weeks. Hoping things will pick up again soon now that I'm back to work and moving around.
