Day 90. Down a total of 27.2 lbs and I'm 2.6 lbs away from ONEderland. Have lost 28 1/2 inches off my body in various spots

All weight loss was on lower carb dieting with a limit of 2000 calories a day

Agreed. Man I was fricken miserable. Lol. I still have my days where I just feel blah but the days of feeling horrible and depressed aren't overwhelming like before. 0 -
