    All weight loss was on lower carb dieting with a limit of 2000 calories a day

    Most days were 1800

    Agreed. Man I was fricken miserable. Lol. I still have my days where I just feel blah but the days of feeling horrible and depressed aren't overwhelming like before. :smile:

    I'm just beyond 90 days now and was clearing a bunch of photos from my phone when I decided a face progress pic was definitely due.

    I see the 20 lb loss much more obviously in these pics than body pics.

    Wonderful progress. Keep up the great work!

    I just did a facelift friday pic but the difference looked mostly because of makeup..lol . It is amazing what a little makeup can do on my face.
