165 down to 162.8, well it's an okay loss for me. Hopefully I don't gain it back!0

I'm down 2 pounds from my initial weigh-in (178.4 to 176.4). My initial weigh-in was early, so that's about 2 weeks of progress.
I was on vacation for a chunk of it, so I'm quite pleased!0 -

I didn't eat great this past week, but I wasn't this bad - some of this has to be water weight. But I always weigh in only once per week, so this is my weigh in. Hopefully I'll lose the water weight and maybe a bit more this next week0 -
