    I was worried about a night job in fast food being a setback, but we stay so freaking busy that I don't get to eat till after work anyway, and found some reasonable things on the menu. Only met 7 hour sleep days twice this week, but that will get better when the kids go back to school next week :smiley:
    Great job ladies, even the gains weren't big, let's keep it going strong! :drinker:

    Very frustrated, I had a great week staying on track but very little exercise. I'm up 2 lbs :( Also had movie theater popcorn Friday night and it was LOADED with sodium. Gonna get my butt walking this week and stay away from sodium.

    Down 1 lb. I really think that it's last weeks work that shows this week, and this week's will show next. It's one of the hardest things for me. I want to see that instant change...I was -1000 cal one day, I want to see -0.2 lb the next day. Lol. Not realistic. Something I gotta get used to. But I'm on the right downward trend at least.

    I'm down 2 pounds from my initial weigh-in (178.4 to 176.4). My initial weigh-in was early, so that's about 2 weeks of progress.

    I was on vacation for a chunk of it, so I'm quite pleased!

    I didn't eat great this past week, but I wasn't this bad - some of this has to be water weight. But I always weigh in only once per week, so this is my weigh in. Hopefully I'll lose the water weight and maybe a bit more this next week :neutral:
