    I did not complete any of last week challenges due to a couple of family emergencies. I will complete the fit test tonight. I'm curious to see how much I've improved.

    mile walk. 14 minutes
    crunches 40
    pushups 22
    plank 40 seconds

    I have not done my usual workouts the last couple of weeks. I was disappointed with my plank time. I had been up to over a minute! But I'm getting back on track now that's the important part.
