That's you? Really? I barely believe it. You've done great work!0 -
@KnitOrMiss You're right and many of your reasons are my reasons. My sister is the pretty one, and she's never let me forget it in 45 years, and I'm the smart one. Pictures are just a reminder of my sister being a jerk. But I hate the thought that there won't be many pics when I'm gone, at least nothing where I'm not acting the fool! Yep, that's pretty selfish.
I really like putting faces to names, but I haven't done that for you guys and that kinda makes me a tool. So...
Although I'm not getting rid of Abby (my coffee cup) as an avatar. Not for a while. Baby steps!
Wow! You've come a long way. You look really good. Reverse aging....Photo on the left was 40 pounds ago ...
Big difference! your whole look is so much brighter.

Your progress pic looks great!
You have indeed reversed time and gotten younger

These are so wonderful--not only because of the progress we all have made but also because it's nice to put faces to names and avatars. You are all beautiful people--were before and are now!0
-
@KittensMaster, you have totally reinvented yourself!! Inspiring! Congrats on all that hard work!!0

Awesome. Those are some beautiful unmasked faces.0

I've also been stunned at how different people look. Even people still journeying to their goal. Holy cow people! There are some total transformations. I also see some great attitude changes and people rocking a whole new look. Way to go guys!0
-
There are so many great transformations already and yet many of us haven't even reached our goal yet! That just means we get to share another transformation in the months ahead! I can't wait to see how we all continue to progress!0

Wow! These photos are so inspiring!! It's crazy how loosing weight makes a lot of people look younger!!0
-
The before and after pics of the women look like a mom then a daughter!
So much younger!0 -
I can do face shots (I'm not ready for body shots).
I have two pics before, they are when I weighed 320 to 330. About 4 years ago. I'm down about 110 to 120 lbs since then. (I absolutely hate these two pics and it now makes me ill to look at them).
I took this pic a few minutes ago (the flash kinda washes out my skin color AND I see I have some loose skin under my chin, oh well...):
I hope this helps,

@DittoDan
You have really transformed yourself.
I would not recognize you if I saw you on the street by the before pic!
Great job man!0 -
@KittensMaster I'm really good at seeing faces, but I absolutely can't see you in the before picture at all!
All these beautiful faces full of happiness and health! Guess this means I need to find some face pics. I've studiously avoided being in photos for years. I'm quite good at hiding! A "halfway there" pic right now could be great for comparison later!
I've been racking my brain for a before picture.
The only picture I can think of is when I joined the gym.
I wonder if they would give it to me.

I love all of the transformations! I feel so fortunate to be part of this amazing group! Wtg everyone!0

Way to go @KittensMaster, @JBarnes1210, @DittoDan, @KaseyDH83 and @2Poufs! Striking transformations--you all look significantly younger, healthier, leaner now.
Keep 'em coming!
I need to dig up a good "before" and take a good "after".0 -
what was the success of your transformation? who/what inspired you? what kept you going? it will be nice to hear your stories as well!0 -

Imgur and Reddit. I discovered Keto through these websites, studied and researched all the information and decided to try it out.
What kept me going was how good I feel. No more sore knees, no more 24/7 heartburn and indigestion, I sleep at nights, I can now lie on my back without feeling like I'll suffocate, I can walk up the hill to the house and my husband is reaping some benefits as well.

Everyone looks amazing! I can't wait to share my transformation, when I get there! Thank you all for the amazing inspiration!0

Ah-ha! I finally found that Before pic. Granted, this was only about a month postpartum, so I might have been carrying extra water weight leftover from pregnancy.
and here's a recent After:

You look great! Too young to have three kids. And such cuties they are too!0

Thanks @nvmomketo!
I forgot to mention, the guys with me in the top photo are all my brothers. And in the bottom photo, of course, my kids. :-)0 -

Amazing job, everyone!!! I cannot believe the stark transformations from the before and after pictures.0
-
Me, six years ago, and this past weekend. I actually like pictures of myself now! Then, not so much! Great Friday wishes for everyone!

Here I am about 4 1/2 years ago
The last couple pic are of me as of yesterday. Darn wrinkles don't help. But I am 78 pounds less.
Hope you see an improvement. From as size 24 to a 160
