    Well I did 2 miles video, I kept looking outside and couldn't do one more mile, so out I went. Worked on the lawn again mowed the back yard and weed wacked, I must have been out there for at least on hour, I will give mysel credit for a mile. I didn't lose any weight this week bummer but I'm moving.

    So I took a me day, after this weekend of doing lawn work I come to the conclusion I need to hire someone. Lol. But at least I was moving and paying for it later. :#

    52/100 I walked 5 miles at the park this morning. It was a beautiful and cool morning here in Southern Ohio. It was 57 degrees and such a welcome from the heat and humidity. I am so looking to Fall.

    I finally tried the Tone Every Zone Walk, which I bought the week before my surgery ( :confounded: ) I'll write a more in-depth review of it on the other thread, but I wish she had produced this one before she did Walk it Off in 30 Days This one has many of the same strength moves, but they are broken up with walking so you do not DIE by the end and spend the next week barely able to move! If you are looking to add some strength training to your walking, this DVD is a great start and will not kill you! :smile:

    17/65 yesterday and today managed to increase walking pace. Feeling great have lost over 12 pounds in the past three months

    You're welcome Pinky! I did more of an in depth review of it on the New DVD from Leslie Sansone: The Tone Every Zone Walk thread. It is very doable. I can't do the Walk it Off in 30 Days DVD as I have not regained enough abdominal stamina yet, but with this one, I can get it back much more quickly than I thought. I like that she includes so much walking as I do not like strength training alone. I know lifting is all the rage on the boards, but I find it boring! :laugh: I need more action I guess!

    I preordered her 3 new ones to check out as well. She has one coming out in September, Burn to the Beat, Ocotber, Walking Off the Pounds and November, 5 Boosted Miles. I'll review each of them as well so walkers can decide if they want to purchase them. I need to get back in shape after a very busy summer :smile:

    I am not sure why I would have thought I could do 20 days over 10,000 steps.... that is something that I might manage when I retire!!

    Since I am starting on Sept 13, I will go for 35 miles per week. The week of Sep 6-13 will be short, but I will do it next week.
