    This is where I go to enjoy some positive interactions on our finess and dietary lifestyle

    So much of what is out there is carb focused information since that industry has had great sway.

    Our group gives balance

    There are lots of people that live this and not just talk about it! We share with each other nicely, Play good together!

    That makes it just all good!

    It's a place where I can say something totally bonehead and still get support and useful correction and information. Out there? Yeah, not so much.

    What I love about this group is that there is not "right" strict way of doing things. It's all about doing LCHF in the way that works best for you, and recognizing people ARE different! And chances are if you run across a problem or conflict, someone else has already been through it and will help you along. It's also nice to read and talk about how much at peace everyone is with eating now
