    I've been doing this for almost 9 times longer than the "12 weeks" they say should be the max. The people who have that opinion do not know what they're talking about. There's not upper limit to the length of time you could be keto.

    I would be hesitant to take any advice given by anyone that thinks that nutritional ketosis is not good for you in the long run. Makes me think they only know about the weight loss benefits and nothing else. The other benefits are actually much more impressive, but too many people only care about the outward physical improvements.
