    As of October 4, I have walked 19.1 miles and 44,389 steps. I need to increase my steps and miles. But, this weekend was very busy cleaning and not getting a lot of steps in.

    30 for me for October please! So excited, this past weekend I dug my bike out of my parents shed and my boyfriend and I bought new helmets! Plan to get in some beautiful fall bike rides and hit my goal this month!

    My goal for October is an average of 7 miles a day for 217 miles total. I'm off to a slow start though!

    Late to the party - again. And I don't think I made goal last month - again. I swear I will get my *kitten* together this month. And make goal. And log my miles timely. Put me down for 50 miles.

    Glad you're okay! I was under a rock this weekend and have to admit that I have no idea what's going on there in SC but will go look into it just as soon as I finish updating the spreadsheet! I spent a 7 years there in Beaufort at the Marine Corps Air Station. I still have some relatives living in the Columbia/Lexington area too.

    Signing up late, sorry! I will do 150 miles this month, will maybe pass that but it has been unreal busy for me. Moving my *kitten* but not making too many miles from it! Got in 30 off the ex bike.

    Adding 24 miles to start off my October. Had a great 4 day fall camping trip with lots of hiking and great nights by the campfire. :) Makes me sad we are done till next year. :(

    @scarfe: Way to go on the cycling. You probably burn much more calories than the rest of us.
