@Spikesmom: Incredible that you survived! Someone was surely watching over you. It is apparent that you are meant to be around for awhile. I am so glad you survived and that you are making progress every single day. As you said, it truly puts life in a new perspective.

@bluiz13 congrats on your C25K progress!! That is wonderful! I'm a huge fan, I completed that just about 2 years ago! And I still think of how hard it was but how it showed me I *could* do it! Great work!!
Tonight ran 3 miles. Ankle was a tiny bit angry, so I'll rest it tomorrow.

We are having the strangest weather in NZ. Coming into summer and past 4 days have been exceedingly hot - I was stupid running - that hot and tonight it is so cold I have had to get out my winter running gear for tomorrow morning! Go figure!
Anyway - I am so glad to be running again - hope my fitness builds up again - quickly!

As for me, I had a beach walk and then a bike ride yesterday. Adding 7 miles.

The last few days have been doozies, but since the last time I logged in and reported, I added 3 miles of walking. My MTD is now 18.4. Hoping to get a bunch more on the bike tomorrow... maybe take a walk at lunch time today. We'll see.0
