quick post for nov 1 before i go out to watch baseball with friends, yay.
squats 5x5@90, heavy but solid from first set to last one, so yay. also, may have done an extra set if i got my counts wrong.
ohp tried the 5x3 format but only kinda as i was drop-setting too after a while.
2x3@60, 1x1@60, 1x3@55, 3x5@50. 50 was the comfortable weight but by the time i settled into it someone else needed the rack so i cut it short.
rows 5x5@70 since i deadlifted just two days ago.
3x8@70 hip thrusters in between the later row sets as time had run short by that point.0 -
I had a very busy weekend but got my exercise in!
Saturday was rest day. I did Kettlebell swings 20 minutes, single arm 10 lbs. I walked 5 miles.
Today I walked 5 miles. Was gone most of the day so had to do SL in the evening.
Squats- 5x65, 5x75, 5x85, 5x90, 5x95, 5x100, 5x5x105
Sumo Squats- 5x5x95
BP - 5x65, 5x75, 5x5x80
BR - 5x5x85
The BP was hard. I really had to push the bar and keep it from crashing into my chest! I had my husband spot because I knew it would be difficult.0
