    @erebar @curves2j Thanks guys :)

    I sort of feel silly (I mean, I've had "maybe I'm pregnant" moments before, but still). I was describing to my friend over drinks last night how I felt for a whole week like I had this little bed inside me and was excited that there might be someone sleeping in it - come to find it's an empty bed after all. How pathetic is that?? Thank god she took me out - being able to get drunk is a poor substitute, but dammit it's a silver lining! :P

    Not pathetic at all! I've had similar let downs and it really is just a crushing feeling when you get your hopes up so high. It'll happen when it's meant to happen! I'm glad you were able to get out and vent your feelings though! Hope you're feeling better. :)

    Advice? I'm on vacation with my hubby until Mon. Yesterday I decided I was just going to try and eat fairly well but still have fun and not log. And then I could see how I did when I got home and weighed. It freaked me out not to log so I did. I'm about 10 -12 lbs from goal so at some point I'm going to have to wean myself off but it really freaked me out.

    My opinion is, I say log, always log. Log when you under eat, log when you over eat, log when you're vacationing, log everything. I like to do this myself because I want to see WHAT 3,000 calories looks like; when it sits in my body, trying to gauge that number is impossible right now as I'm dieting and am not an expert with nutrients in my system. My own plan is to finish dieting and continue logging my food to maintain my weight for the next year, so I can fully FEEL what 1,800 (or so) calories feels like.

    Eat on your vacation! But my advice will always be to log :)

    Istarith-Thank you! That seems like a great plan! I'm logging away! Every time in the past when I quit I gained weight back. I think that's why I got nervous. I don't want to do this again!!
