Might be, I never make baked custard.make 12 serves, I used 5 duck eggs ( or 5 large hen eggs with some xanthan gum),1.5 cup coconut cream, 45 g sweetener ,1 tsp vanilla essence, a small pinch of salt, 1 tbsp oil to grease muffin pan. I cooked it for 30 min on 180 C . You can brown the top of the custard under the grill.x🍮

Wanna read something interesting about mealtime science?.... Gastrophysics: The New Science Of Eating by Professor Charles Spence
Here's a short but intriguing article on his book in The Telegraph.

Tonight's dinner (since lunch was at a winery <3 - tasted 3 whites, a rose, and 3 reds - and 100g cheddar with smoked wild salmon in it - bought 13 bottles of wine for our 'cellar')
Something a bit lighter: neighbour's organic baby kale and lettuces with chicken breast, bacon, and 4 small strawberries. It's so nice to have friendly neighbours with large gardens. A tasty day - I will repent from too much cheese & wine tomorrow >:)o:)

Bacon wrapped chicken just off the smoker. The back crusted ribs are still going, so another picture to come later, although I think I have posted a pick of the ribs before.

This is such a great thread, with so many new ideas.

I wish there was a way to organize a post like this into categories, like pizza and Italian dishes, chicken dishes, steak dishes, etc. MFP needs a low carb recipe catalog. Where people upload pictures and recipes like this. :)
