Sheese I have been poking around and I would really like to find a board that is more Atkins WOE. I have tried the search feature. It sends me to everywhere but Atkins information. Has any one here come across a board for just Atkins related posts?
Thank you
Thank you

There are 2 low-carb forums off MFP that have many Atkins folks if you find the MFP groups aren't active enough for you. The forums are subdivided by plan, but it's pretty easy to find the Atkins followers.

Thank you Ketogenicgurl and Baconslave. I guess I am not good at searching. I will explore the links you shared.0

If those groups don't suit, I'm sure folks here are happy to discuss any Atkins questions you have (but I get wanting a specific group).

Cheers.
2nd that.
I've done Atkins myself though not recently. There are many who have done and are doing the program. Just ask some questions. We have a lot of verbal keto-folk, but we really do have people at all carb levels here.

I use the second Atkins book as a veggie reference book.

I did Atkins back in the early 2000's, and was pretty successful, until I learned how to cheat Ketosis, as I never addressed my underlying sugar addictions (just switched straight over to sugar alcohols and such) or identified my Insulin Resistance - because I didn't have any idea to look for it.
It's because of that experience that I knew that I had a chance at succeeding at a more "balanced" plan of LCHFMP....because I came in with far more self knowledge and the desire to figure out all my underlying hiccups! I think most of us get why Atkins works so well, and have even tweaked prior knowledge to our own current modifications of our plans for better success.
I tend to view recipes and patterns for anything similarly. If I like an idea from program A, one from program D and one from Z, I'll see if I can braid them together to form my own new program and such...0
