Are canned fruits and vegetables considered processed foods? And bread and noddles? Where are we drawing the line at processed?0

I dont think tinned veggie or fruits will be an issue if you buy the ones with no added sugar or salt.
Main issue with the processed food is that they are high in sodium etc. Which makes you retain water weight.0 -

Another question for you.... if we are going to log the at the end of that week is it best to log on Sunday? Are we using a Monday through Sunday week?0
