There is a lot of pre-organization that has been well thought out for our benefit! Love the idea of modifying challenges that work for us. Thanks so much for putting this together! Hope we all can achieve our personal goals!

Here is a link to simple percentage calculator.

    http://www.percentagecalculator.net/

Suppose your total goal for protein is 108, so the equation will be like

What is 60% of 108 and then press calculate

Are canned fruits and vegetables considered processed foods? And bread and noddles? Where are we drawing the line at processed?

What do you mean by Macros? :s

There are three macro nutrients, carbs, proteins and fats, all others are micro nutrients.

So some people follow high fat diet, some high protein. For me high protein works best, so i try and reach my protein goal even if i don't hit other macros 100%.

That is what it means, decide the macro you wanna stick to and try and reach the macro goal daily.

    I hope it's clear.

    :)

You have raised a great question,

    Here read this article :)

    http://www.nhs.uk/livewell/goodfood/pages/what-are-processed-foods.aspx

I dont think tinned veggie or fruits will be an issue if you buy the ones with no added sugar or salt.

Main issue with the processed food is that they are high in sodium etc. Which makes you retain water weight.

Do you want the entries daily to the spreadsheet or summed at end of the week. I assume daily?

its up to you. if you're making the entry at the end of the week, just sum up :)

If you wanna log daily, it's okay too

Are we supposed to post here daily if we achieve our step/water/macros? Or just on a weekly basis?
