    Weekly Challenge....
    I hate to admit it, and it is by far my least favourite song, but I did a little bit if "whipping" and "ne-ne-ing" over the weekend. The other song that you will randomly see me busting a groove to, is Uptown Funk.

    Not my usual level thanks to having 4 late nights (after midnight) and subsequent lack of exercise time before work) but it has been a fun week. Sinter Klaus celebrations!!

    Still cant get link to work
    Average over 3 Litres water per day (15 to 20 cups daily) 39km walked this week (step count over 10,000 steps per day)
    Macros hit every day (all 3) within 5%

    3) Macro Goalies (95% on protein - that's the one I'm watching)
    4) Plant Nibblers (fiber = 37)
