I was curious what my readings would be so I tracked the last 2 days. I'm visual, so it's images
The 13 and 14 are the date. The purple areas are the ketone count and color on the strip. Under that is BG (yellow), then total carbs at that point in the day (blue) and I figured activity would matter too so I added total steps at that point (green)
Not sure how informative my info is looking so far. Evening of the 14, I did have a glass of wine about 1.5 hours before testing. Didn't seem to affect anything.

My ketostix are very rarely as dark as yours... I'm a little jealous. LOL
Your BG has the pattern I would want, rising a bit throughout the day. Mine is all over, or falling as the day goes on. I wonder if that is what normal insulin sensitivity versus insulin resistant usually looks like.
I want to learn more about ketones and BG. But finding good sources of info that go with a LCHF diet is starting to get harder. Maybe an endocrinology textbook....
My ketones went to negative again last after a meal at my mother's of jumbo shrimp appetizers, ribs with a sweet sauce ( so i just ate a couple of ounces), asparagus (8 stalks) and kale salad (1/3 c). My BG was still at a 6 about three hours after eating! It was 5.6 (100) this morning. Boo. Ketones were trace.
Today I am feeding over a dozen people a turkey dinner. I'll just have BPC until then, and limit my portions while strictly limiting carbs.
Sigh. I don't appear to have much leeway when it comes to keeping BG low and ketones positive. Once my company is gone on Wednesday, this should get a bit easier to manage.

Today started out a bit different. I'm assuming due to the wine I had last night.
Stayed on moderate ketones all day. I had one drink (8g carbs) tonight as well. We'll see if tomorrow morning is still higher BG and mod ketones again.
