Ate this except for the peppers - had some broccoli that needed to be eaten, so I used that up instead.

Fun week. Sinter Klaus celebrations and making Christmas ornaments. Too many midnight or later nights throwing my morning routine off. So lower Steps wise and ate a few too many nuts. First non water or herbal tea beverage since Oct 16. I think my face skin hates artificial sweeteners or something else I, such as dry sugar free crackers, consumed this week. Super dry n flake skin.
