    Hahaha :P :)

Okay so today I am hitting the gym in lunch break :P that's right :)

I love my new gym it's super awesome.

So i was thinking i should do 3 days cardio and 2 days weight training.

There are lots of weight training equipment. But i dunno how to go about it.

So i need help. Where do i start? How do I start? any one has any idea?

Walk around and learn the equipment. forget about making it complicated stick to the big compound exercises to start ( don't do a bunch of little things and worry about all the muscles)
If there is a circuit then do that : )
confused on want to do ? just start doing kettle bell swings- those really work you and I find fun. I have 3 different weights in front on me for those and cycle them.

If we keep going the way we are, I'd say we have a good chance. Either way, we're doing great!

Oh... I don't understand why my weight says 130 in the spreadsheet. I was 136.0 when I typed that into the sheet. I think something might be off a bit with the Google forms. I guess I didn't actually get into the top two. :(

Im pretty sure the calories for weight lifting on mfp are calculated while eating pizza. I work my *kitten* for 30 mins and only get 150 cal burn. I DEMAND a recount!

I din't get your weigh in :( can i consider it for the next time please, otherwise ill have to re-compile results.

@VeryKatie I got 130 on the form  but let me fix this next time? is this okay?

the results will be neutralized since @chulipa has lost 5 lbs, which is awesome. Great job.

Just a note if your doing low carb. mfp calcs gross carbs and not net carb (minus fiber). Low carb diet usually only counts net carbs from what I understand.
    As you were! :)
