Please note that team participation is mandatory at least twice a week. If you don't feel like participating on here, eventually everyone will be less involved. Team Challenges are only successful if you work as a team and be there to support each other.

Weigh-in will be open all week, so that you weigh-in as per your weekly schedule and will be closed on Sunday Night (PST), so that I can compile results on Mondays every week.

I dint hit my macros goal but did great on the others.
So are you guys thinking of logging these on daily or weekly basis? By these I mean steps. Water etc0 -

Hey team
It's little hard for me to get steps in right now due to Achilles tenditis on the right foot and Plantar Fasica on the left foot. Plus my job consist of me sitting a lot. If its ok I can log my miles on the elliptical and bike. I already have 96 oz of water down for this morning.0 -

I'm not sure if I need to log my steps and/or water intake, but if it will make a difference for our team to win, then I'll do so. On the flip-side, I just checked my calories for the day so far, and I'll be damned if I have reached my limit of fat intake for the day. I haven't even had supper yet!! NOT COOL!!!0 -

Whoops missed that one! Sure!
I had 36oz of water today. Missed fat and sodium intake :l I was using a step counter on my phone but it burnt through the battery so I'll have to find another way.0 -
Ill guess 1000 steps, my job has lots of driving.
10 cups water. If I could count coffee I would dbl that lo0 -

walked 5 km to and from work (forgot to use my pedometer so i will figure this out by remembering to use it tomorrow) plus the walking at work, which cannot be easily tracked as i was at my retail job and running all over the store.

About the team name you can call yourselves people eaters on here. But I can't change it on the sheets for now, i hope you understand
@missyhill99 oh dear, i hope your feet get better soon, you & @AlMonkey can still log your steps, one km is approximately 1000 steps and a mile is 1600 steps approx.

Yesterday I did 2 miles on the elliptical and 5 miles on the bike water intake was 120 oz.
Today I already have 24 oz of water done so far Yes as you all can see I am a water drinker

Which is your focused macro? Just calculate the percentage of it. I shared a link for percentage calculator on the weekly daily challenges thread as well
