    Once cutting my protein to 70 grams daily helped in a time of struggle. Recently I cut the coconut oil from 5 tablespoons to 1-2 tablespoon in my first cup of coffee daily and that is helping restart a slow rate of loss.

    I only use 1 Tbsp of coconut oil in my 2 cups of coffee with 2 Tbsp of heavy cream 1 Tbsp of unsalted butter (kerrygold) and just recently dropped to 1 Tbsp of sugarfree syrup I was using 2
