    Although this looks good, I was on a good roll for the first couple of weeks, and was actually hoping I'd hit 142 by the end of the month. I have had a really bad couple of weeks now, and have only dropped 1lb... Still doing everything right, so I am really hoping this is a temporary plateau, and the scale will get unstuck soon!

    Good news is that every day my body fat % has been going down.

    I went through and read several of your check in post. What a good idea. Congrats to those who reached their goals. I seriously need something like this to help keep me accoutable. I wish I would have joined this challenge.

    Hi all,

    As a previous poster said: when you're losing that last bit of weight, even 3, 5 or 7pounds is a lot and really difficult to shed. Would anyone like to join me in trying to lose 5 pounds (or your own goal) by January 31st? January 31st is almost exactly 6 weeks from today - I am aiming high even though losing .6 to .8 lbs a week is hard for me at this point. If interested, just join this thread and I will be checking in every Monday.
