Mine is public. At least I thought it was. I'm having a hard time not going over protein, which I know can kick me out of ketosis. Yesterday I did pretty well I'm just not accustomed to consuming less than 100g of protein a day.0

I have the same problem with going over my protein. I love my choc/peanut butter protein powder a little too much...

It is unclear, but unlikely, whether excess protein will kick you out of ketosis: https://www.reddit.com/r/ketogains/wiki/index#wiki_protein_and_the_ketogenic_diet
If it does, it's quite temporary, and you will re-enter ketosis soon. How long and how far out of ketosis probably is related to how much excess protein -- e.g. extra 10 or 20 g is probably no big deal, but eating like 300g of protein may be noticeable0
