    Wk 4: 39.6mi - so far(to include Sun Jan 31)

    Jan 24: 5.94mi Trail Hike
    Jan 25: 3.55mi Run + 8.95mi Stationary Bike
    Jan 26: 5.46mi Elliptical
    Jan 27: Yoga/Zumba (no miles)
    Jan 28: 3.72mi Run + 9.72mi Stationary Bike (<<totally didn't plan the matching .72s... weird)
    Jan 29: 2.12mi Lunch Run

    WTD: 39.6mi
    MTD: 158.9mi (34.1/45mi Running)

    Could not resist 50degF at lunch time - so I went for a run! :smiley:

    Jan 30: 4.67mi Hike (well, ran the last mile or so)

    WTD: 44.3mi
    MTD: 163.6mi (35.1/45mi Running)
