    All excellent ideas! I like mustard, hot sauce, avocado mayo sounds amazing! A spicy cheese sounds good too! I'm not sure that I could go without lunch. It sounds like a good idea, but I think the ice cream store clerks that I drive by on my way home from work would call my name and I'd be too weak to resist. :):):)

    I meal prep or make extra servings of dinner. Today my lunch was sausage pan fried in some hot sauce, spaghetti squash, sautéed mushrooms and half an avocado.
