I'm on Day 27. I stick mainly to Anita's beginners moves and use either soup tins (400g) or 1kg weights, but have still lost 12lbs and 9cm from around my waist :-) I try and do five days of 30DS followed by a rest day and have managed to stay on target with the 1200 calorie goal (well, most days, some have been over)... it's definitely worth perservering :-)0

Happy to report that I finished level 2 tonight. I've had a lot of trouble with knees and Achilles' tendons, but finally figured out that if I use the elliptical it helps stretch things out a bit better.0
