This sounds like a great challenge! I'm at a point where weight loss is pretty slow. I'll go for 4 lbs by Feb 29.

Welcome to the group and good luck! Because you are a bit later on the challenge, don't be disappointed if you don't hit all 4 pounds by the end of February. A lot of us that are already pretty small are losing smaller amounts each week. It sounds like you have already made some amazing progress though!
Thanks so much for the welcome and the encouragement! Trying to reach 131 is definitely setting the bar high for such a short time. Since I started on Wednesday the 17th, my hope is to reach it by Wed. March 2nd but it's my birthday weekend so we'll see. Just trying to stay motivated and positive and moving the needle in the right direction0 -

That's exactly the right attitude!! Any movement so long as it's in the right direction is the right kinda movement good luck and keep us updated on your progress!
