    Welcome to the group and good luck! Because you are a bit later on the challenge, don't be disappointed if you don't hit all 4 pounds by the end of February. A lot of us that are already pretty small are losing smaller amounts each week. It sounds like you have already made some amazing progress though!

    Thanks so much for the welcome and the encouragement! Trying to reach 131 is definitely setting the bar high for such a short time. Since I started on Wednesday the 17th, my hope is to reach it by Wed. March 2nd but it's my birthday weekend so we'll see. Just trying to stay motivated and positive and moving the needle in the right direction :)

    That's exactly the right attitude!! Any movement so long as it's in the right direction is the right kinda movement :) good luck and keep us updated on your progress!

    Hehe, I should have added that my SW for this challenge was at the start of Feb, I've only weighed in once since. Thank you! Think I'm more likely to lose 0.4 lbs in 11 days :p

    Looks like I won't reach my goal for this month. Dealing with some medical issues and I pulled a muscle in my back. :( I will focus on food intake for the rest of the challenge.

    Not happy today. I finally updated MFP weight as I thought it was going to stick, but I'm up again today....

    was really sick this past week, didn't eat a lot or move a lot! Just starting to feel normal. I am ok missing it by a pound :wink:
