    Walked 30 minutes to Leslie's Walk It Off In 30 Days...great pace on this dvd. Had trouble with my eating too much today, but my goal with food is to just try to eat healthier. Would love to lose 40 lbs. but this time of life is killing me. Onward and upward.☺

    I think this month, I am going to shoot for 15 miles. I didn't make my January goal, which bummed me out, but I'm going to this month!

    Barely made 100 in January.... too much life got in the way

    Thank you texasgardnr for getting us going.

    I think February will be:

    100 miles
    10 over 10,000 steps

    Feb 1 - 2.0 miles
    Feb 2 - 2.7 miles


    We have several challenges in our TOPS world - so really need to pull up my socks.

    Off to a great day. Was up very early got a really good workout in I am very happy about that. Did my LS dance remix HIIT and some free weights. 3miles

    Woke up early and couldn't get back to sleep. Did 2 miles with LS from her 4Mile Express video I found on YouTube.

    I went golfing and walked 10.5 miles. I am tired and will take a rest day tomorrow before we golf again Saturday.

    I didn't walk today, but my husband and I went to a concert that lasted several hours. I am counting my dancing as something! LOL

    I will have to look that up, I was thinking of maybe trying her 5 mile tape I have it but never did it. I like short and sweet and burn quick.

    2/1-Vivofit tracked 3.0 miles-3.0 total miles
    2/2-Vivofit tracked 3.5 miles=6.5 total miles
    2/3-Vivofit tracked 2.6 miles=9.1 total miles
    2/4-Vivofit tracked 3.8 miles=12.9 total miles

    Clearly Pinky I need to talk up golf!!! 10 miles????? WOW!!!! I have only done that hiking and then I had to take a week off! :laugh:

    Hi Everyone, I am in. Sorry to be coming in so late, been a busy couple of weeks! I started pt and its going well. Hoping no surgery by the time the month is over. I feel stronger every day. My goal will be 125 this month, hoping for more but we will see.

    First week of February is done and I walked 9 miles of my 30 miles/month goal. Glad I'm on track! Happy walking everyone; see you next week when I check in again ♥
