Checking in: for the week of Feb 14-20 I walked 6 miles. I'm now at 17 miles completed towards my goal of walking 30 miles in February.
I have 13 miles to go to meet my goal. I can do it!

Had to "dress up" for work today so I'm missing some steps from my count today. Still shows about 1.5 miles for the day. Up early tomorrow get in in some miles.
My monthly stats so far.

Gosh, did 2 miles with Leslie today...5 Day Walk Yourself Slim....I forget to log somedays...I lose track...darn brain fog. I am keeping up though with 3 days a week of weight work for about 45 to 60 minutes and my 2 mile walking about 4 days a week.0

It is a good thing I got in 6.8 miles on Sunday curling 2 games, my arms felt like they were going to fall off.

You bet we swept the opponents!! In both games - I made 6.8 miles and we won the car!! Not really - we won the A side final... I really won the best though - lots of exercise and fun!!0 -

I have a snow day today-college is closed- and my husband said," There is no school today and you need to get up and walk! We are doing 4 Fast Miles and then I will go blow the snow!" He is such a sweetie! So, one of my "found hours" was spent with Leslie! Yeah!

Well I just came in at 83/80 Hopefully I will get back to my old schedule in March and I will be able to kick up the exercise.

Hi everyone. I'm new to this. I don't have a 'mile' goal, but I do have the goal of walking everyday for 20 minutes. I have the Walk off fat fast DVD and am starting off with the 20 minute easy burn. I'll work my way up to the big burn0

Hi LilyMay-NO he has NEVER done this before. He walks with Leslie on his own schedule, but he is not happy with my work load this semester and when he found out my college was closed, he decided that I needed to get away from the computer and in front of the TV instead! So he basically said "You're walking with me and we are doing 4 Fast Miles! Keep up!!" He is a little worried about my health from all this sitting and stress I think. We had a good time though and it was fun!

A nice walk when I got home... such amazing weather for us here in Saskatchewan. +5 C and hardly any snow. The grader cleaned the road and the sun melted the last little thin layer of snow so my walk was on bare ground. Strangely ... no coyotes howling ...ummm.0 -
