    Week 1 - 25.2 miles (3/10)

    Feb 8 - 1.9 miles - getting better, went outside to feed the birds then had to have a nap....geeze - hope I am better Tuesday...

    Got back into things with a step routine. Tomorrow I'm hoping to try 5K w/a Twist.

    Feb 10 - 2.3 miles - too many miles and should not have gone to work - too long of a day.

    So today I am back at home - sweating and coughing and Dear Hubby has my flu bug now - so of course it is now the end of the world!! Sorry everyone - but really MEN!!

    All I know is - this house better get sterilized and everyone better before Saturday, our little granddaughter is coming to visit for the day and I don't want her to get the flu - even though she has had the flu shot.....

    Almost finished sterilizing the house - have to do it in steps so I don't poop myself out.. Today I will wash the floor and then I will need to go grocery shopping.

    After doing a step video last night I was this close to reach 10,000 steps yesterday. oh so close. 9,309 is what my phone tracked.

    Hope I can get back into it again today.

    My little granddaughter is coming to stay while her parents go ice fishing... so I need to wipe surfaces off... I did call ahead and warn the parents that we had a bug in our house, they think we are over the worst and it is okay for Emma to come ....yeah!! We are going to make Valentines cards.

    Went out to check out the boys ice shacks. Not a lot of fish being caught - lots of visiting going on though. Beautiful day out on the lake. When I got home I went for a walk - first one in over a week.

    I will try Brenda - but it was a beautiful -1 Celsius today .... and yes I see the cold sweeping down on the eastern part of Canada and the US. Bundle up all.

    It's a balmy 21 degree's in my corner of Michigan.
    Woke up thinking I had to get a few errands done only to realize after I'm all dressed and ready to go that it's Presidents Day and 1 of my most important errands isn't open. :(
    So that is putting a little kink into my plan for walking.
