This week Carol and Maggie were in quite a bind and Carol struggled with the morality of killing, especially someone she considered a kindred spirit.
Share with your team, one thing that has made you struggle the most on your health and fitness journey and how you've overcome it or how you plan to overcome it.
The one thing that I struggled with the most is going out and not being able to eat what my friends eat. The reason is because everyone else will be sitting there eating hamburgers, pizzas, chips and having puddings and I'll be there with the healthier options. I'd rather not treat myself because I know that if I have something, I won't be able to control myself and I'll overindulge so I'd rather not.

Try a HIIT workout this week like this one. Or something that is equally as challenging.
