Ok, this isn't a traditional progress pic, but it's huge progress for me. I just climbed a narrow, rickety stone staircase to the top of two turrets at Linlithgow Palace. And that was after a morning of climbing up and down hills. I'm loving the opportunity to explore my new country now that I've lost enough weight to get around easily by foot.
And I was thinking of you @SoosannahK !13 -
I can remember the day I started saying "I will never show these to anyone..." But today I thought I would do a twin pic to see how the change full body was". Starting weight was 194.... First goal was "if I can get to 160 I'll be happy... If I get to 150 I'll be amazed..." This diet let me to extend my goal weight and I reached it about 4 weeks ago.. 140. I might go on down to 135 but I'm happy... Now I'm fixing to start on toning and will post updates in about a year lol

I really didn't see any difference from the front, but I think there is noticeable change from the side and back this month.

Not sure how to share from the way these were saved, but here's the IG side by side:
And I think these are in order...4/11 to 6/10. Not really much change in the scale (went up, then back down), but the fat burning is there, for sure!
Since it showed the IG pic in the preview, not going to use the HUGE versions! LOL3 -
OMG, what a difference Carly!! Fat burning going on, for sure!! Wear that pride lady!!1

Definitely a big reduction there! Can really see how your belly is pulled up and in with the shrinkage! Way to go! I love seeing these differences especially when the scale is being a big jerk!
My friends that started Keto a couple months ago have both texted me in the last week with their progress.
One had this to say
"I am now 144 lbs!!
I weighed that when I got pregnant with Brie over 5 years a go!! I'm excited."
And another texted me today
"I know we haven't chatted about the diet in awhile but I've been working hard at it and pleased to see this difference in my tummy"
She sent an after photo but there's "before" to reference so it doesn't do you guys any good. Lol
She's 22 and quite fit already anyway. She is doing Keto for cutting while lifting. But she's very happy with it. She even said she's been slacking off on lifting since they just moved out of state but has still seen physical progress!
She added this comment too
"What's weird to me is that the scale isnt an accurate way for me to tell anymore because ive been working out too so I am pretty much motivated by how my clothes fit and look. And that's awesome!"3 -

Ok so I haven't taken proper before and after and would never normally share pics of me like this but I am being brave!
The first one was taken at a family meal a couple of years ago and I remember trying so hard to suck my tummy in!!! I was somewhere around 196lbs.
The second one was at a BBQ last weekend.
I am still a work in progress! Currently 148lbs.
