Cashew nuts. If i get afternoon munchies that is my only vending machine choice that is not sugar laden. Usually have trouble sticking to a small quantity and wish I had later.0

@reblazed I take natural calm. This is what the website lists "Natural Calm – Flavored:

I take 1 TSP every night so it's what 0.034g carbs.
Would 1 teaspoon be less than 200mg magnesium?
I'm assuming if @reblazed is getting 6g carbs, they're taking a higher dose of magnesium. Around 600mg is what I've read is a recommended starting dose.

Yeah a TSP is 205mg magnesium. But even if I took 600 mg, there'd only be 0.102g carbs for 3 TSP.0 -
