Confidence! I was the girl at the gym dying in a sweatshirt because I was afraid people would see my big arms and belly. I now have an array of brightly colored activewear, and I rock a fitted tank top. It feels GOOD to love what I see in the mirror as my body becomes stronger and healthier.

That is SO awesome! Good for you!

I love my four new dresses but especially the two form-fitting, look-I have-a-shape-other- than-round designs. These two are for special occasions, but I put them on and stand before the mirror with a big smile on my face.

You're going to be absolutely glowing with confidence at those special events! That's awesome!
I wish I had a "dress up" occasion to go to!

Confidence. I no longer am trying to hide in room or sit in the back.

The confidence is so great! I think that's my favorite!

I love my new pictures of myself! I've only lost 24 pounds and I have a hundred more do go if I'm to believe the healthy weight ranges, but I already don't hate how I look anymore!

Me too! I used to live in layers! Sweatshirts, or fleece vests with a scarf.... Now I wear a fitted top without a sweater or vest, and the scarf is strictly for fashion. :)

I love compliments too. i love how my boys told me that I look good for my age. It's a clumsy compliment but from boys aged 8-13? I'll take it.

I love my new Contigo travel mug. I tend to drink coffee slowly and it will keep my coffee warm for hours. Plus when the coconut oil starts to separate out, I can just shake it like mad and it is frothy again. :)

I so feel you! I have at least twenty cardigans. And would ALWAYS wear one. I am now proud to wear fitted tops. Huge change, isn't it? I bet you feel absolutely amazing with your progress!

I've given half of my cardigans away now because they are so big.... I love that too! LOL :D

WENT to a cocktail party tonight and received the nicest compliment---i wasn't in a new outfit but someone said to me "you look so much smaller than the hast time i saw you". In reality i'm down about 7 pounds but how nice at 5'2" (or *gasp* 5'!") to hear something like that.

    LOVING this WOE.

    Thanks for this thread OP.
