I need this one today... could hardly force myself out of bed this morning... did not want to do the treadmill... just dragging all morning... but I did lose .2 pounds ... so focus on the good - 8 weeks til my birthday and 15.4 pounds til I can say I weigh less than I have for half of my life!1 -

OK - So maybe I am not the only one who needs some encouragement now. To all my MFP friends struggling with a lack of progress on the scale, or facing challenges in their discipline to this new lifestyle...WE CAN DO IT!!!
