    Let's start the month off right with 29 miles out of 200. :smile:

    Adding 16 miles for 45 out of 200.

    Adding another 13 miles for 58 out of 200.

    Adding 22 miles for 80 out of 200. I need to go to CE next week so I need to get miles in this week.

    Adding another 4 miles for 84 out of 200. Now off to CE.

    Well, a week at the conference and four days with the flu and I'm finally getting back on the bike. 6 miles walking at the conference and 11 miles today and I'm up to 101 miles out of 200. I have to remember not to push it too fast or I'll wear out and be back nursing the flu again.

    Adding another 10 miles for 111 out of 200.

    Adding 14 miles for 125 out of 200. This flu is killing me! I get to feeling better and without warning it comes charging back. I'm not sure if it's the same one or my immune system is weak now and I'm picking up other versions. Thank goodness for a wonderful wife and great techs at my clinic. You can't put a price a great techs and I certainly don't deserve the wife I have. Don't tell her though. :smile:

    Adding 23 miles from a rather blustery day. It was still nice to be outside. :smile: That makes 148 out of 200.

    Working on it Dave. It took me a couple of days actually have my new Alta from Fitbit connect but I finally figured it out. I think some of my low numbers earlier in the month were the HR Charge just draining it's battery so fast. Shoveled snow yesterday after working all day. Got to love a good spring snow storm.

    Sorry guys, I got busy at work again and didn't realize I've missed updating for a week. :( I have been moving though, I've added 17.25 miles, which includes 7.5 miles today. I was finally able to get to the nature center and take a nice long walk. I didn't know how out of shape I am for the hills though, that was more of a challenge than I expected.

    March total 53.25 miles

    @clepant I hope your dad is doing better. That was always the challenge with my dad, one medical problem that sent him to the hospital always led to a couple of more issues before we could get him back on his feet. It's tricky getting all the medications worked out just right.

    Walked w/DH and Bean this morning then got on the bike for 47 mins and an episode of Bosch then had lunch w/a friend then...nothing!!

    March 24: In-service day today. Temps in low 70's. My department chair started our day on heart monitors and we did a mini triathlon using rowers, bikes, ellipticals and treadmills. Then on to strength workout circuit of pull ups, push ups, squats and sit ups for another 25 minutes. Off for a short run at lunch. A visit to see my dad and work in my building all afternoon.
    Got a 10 mile ride in on the bike, 3 mile circuit training, 3 mile walk with the pups and 2 mile run at lunch time.

    18 miles today of circuit, biking, running and walking.
