    It's rainy and miserable here today, so there won't be any mileage for today. Adding 3.4 miles from yesterday to finish out the month. Final March miles - 76.1/75. Bring on April, and thanks again to everyone who maintains this challenge for us :)

    My final push. Great sunny beautiful day for riding again. Better watch what I say, the rains are coming just when is the question. Air quality for pollen is in the red once more. Be glad when the pollen season is over so I can breath again. My road bike is 1 year old today! I guess its time for a tune up.

    03/29 - 13.0 miles cycling
    03/30 - 01.0 miles walking
    03/31 - 14.0 miles cycling

    Total: 268.0 miles

    Let's start the month off right with 29 miles out of 200. :smile:

    Adding 16 miles for 45 out of 200.

    Adding another 13 miles for 58 out of 200.

    Adding 22 miles for 80 out of 200. I need to go to CE next week so I need to get miles in this week.

    Adding another 4 miles for 84 out of 200. Now off to CE.

    Well, a week at the conference and four days with the flu and I'm finally getting back on the bike. 6 miles walking at the conference and 11 miles today and I'm up to 101 miles out of 200. I have to remember not to push it too fast or I'll wear out and be back nursing the flu again.

    Adding another 10 miles for 111 out of 200.

    Adding 14 miles for 125 out of 200. This flu is killing me! I get to feeling better and without warning it comes charging back. I'm not sure if it's the same one or my immune system is weak now and I'm picking up other versions. Thank goodness for a wonderful wife and great techs at my clinic. You can't put a price a great techs and I certainly don't deserve the wife I have. Don't tell her though. :smile:

    Adding 23 miles from a rather blustery day. It was still nice to be outside. :smile: That makes 148 out of 200.

    Adding 10 miles for 158 out of 200.

    Adding 16 miles for 174 out of 200. Back indoors with a mix of rain and snow falling at 36 degrees.

    Adding 20 miles for 194 out of 200.

    Adding 19 miles for 213 out of 200.

    Please bear with me if the math isn't good. I am just plain tired of looking at numbers. I am finally walking normally again, and the rain didn't let me get out today (My day off) to do any more damage this week. Added, ,um, it looks like 6.25 miles since Sunday. That makes 63.75 miles for March. Goal and a little bonus too.

    March 31: Going out with a big bang to make up for my miles last week.
    26.7 miles today of which 16 miles are cycling, 6.5 miles are walking and 4.7 miles are running

    25th: 6.5 miles purposeful walking with DH - MTD
    26th: 2.75 miles purposeful walking, 2 m running - MTD
    27th: 1.75 miles purposeful walking , 2 m running (shaved 37 sec of yesterday's time) - MTD
    28th: 7 miles purposeful walking mostly with DH - MTD
    29th: 4 miles purposeful walking, including pushing my grandson in his buggy to his swim lesson - MTD
    30th: 2.75 miles purposeful walking, 2.1 m planned a run route home from the garage after taking the car in for work - MTD
    31st: 6.25 miles purposeful walking, including pushing my grandson in his buggy to his swim lesson. Swim lesson cancelled - but got 4 m in whilst he napped!! 2.8 m with running group - MTD 177.7

    @kar328 - Happy Birthday, hope you had a fab day AND cake!!
    @clepant - so pleased your dad is home.
    @anaconda469 - sadly a drawback of the brighter weather is the pollen count!
