@mallowbar Can we modify the challenge as necessary? For example, my wrist is bad, and I cannot do dips. Could I do an alternate tricep exercise such as extensions or over-the-head raises? And wall push-ups instead of regular?0

Imo modify modify modify. If a challenge inspires us to move more, eat right or have fun and stay focussed then mission acćomplished. Idea is to challenge and not to over do it or hurt ourselves. There are many modifications happening across challenges so people can do something at their level of health and not get injured. I thus feel safe advising YES. @mallowbar thoughts?0 -
