I see by your stats that you have done a fantastic job on your weight loss. How long has it taken you? I see we are the same height which doesn't give us very many cals to work with.
Good luck with this challenge. I am at maintenance but I join these challenges to help me stay there with all my travels (we are just retired and trying to travel as much as we can in the next year or two. Because you never know when you won't be able to.0 -

Yes, being short definitely has it's disadvantages on a 1200 calorie diet. One cheat meal (and cocktails...lol!) last weekend stalled my weight loss for the entire week.
It's taken me about a year to lose 47 pounds. It's definitely a slow loss but I'm happy as long as it's steadily going down.

Started a kick start 5 day challenge last Monday and I think it really helped. Either that or the weight loss from my plateau is showing. Taking care of a 1 yr. old the next 3 days should help too.

I'm not sure if it's bc I've been exercising. I've heard muscle will retain water from exercise & I've gotten back into a more regular exercise routine this week. Whatever it is, I'm still sticking with the calorie limit & exercise!0 -

Okay- weirdness abounds!! I weighed again this morning bc, seriously, my legs look a lot thinner. So- as of this morning, I am 296.0 AGAIN!! Somehow between Friday morning & Sunday morning, I lost 2.8 lbs!! The scale is relatively accurate bc I weighed my cockapoo who weighed in at 11.12 at the vet Thursday before last. He was 12 this morning, so the scale is in the ballpark!! The only thing I can think of is I did get all the sleep & fluids I could over the weekend. Otherwise my eating habits were pretty normal!! I'm calling it water weight & moving forward!!0
