    Challenge goal weight (CGW): 200
    March 24: 207.7
    March 31: 210.3 (I stopped weighing and started guesstimating hence the gain)
    April 8: 206.8
    April 14: 208.whatever
    April 21: 206.8. Really crossing my fingers for next week!!
    April 28: 208 (TOM again! Twice this month really!?)
    May 5: 206.8 hahaha!! What is happening!?

    The weight is coming off so slow now, it doesn't look like I'm going to hit my challenge goal by the 26th.

    I'll be lucky, and happy to reach 132. My loss is so slow now, but I'm heavy lifting and feel really good about it.

    @Sandera2 - thanks for the kind words. And when we don't have much to lose it is very slow sometimes.

    I started out at 162 lbs 4 years ago. But
    I have only lost about 1 lb each month for the last year. But that is ok. It is a lifestyle now not a diet. I can't hold as much food anymore and that is a good thing. I have learned so much these past 4 years that I am determined to stick with and never go back to my unhealthy eating habits.

    Best of luck to you! You are doing great. You must look great at your height and weight.

    I have switched to maintenance. Even though I am not losing on the scale, I am still losing inches mainly because I am lifting heavy.

    Whoo hoo!! I'm out of the 290's (for the moment!) & I'm going to savor it!! I think I have to tighten the buckles on my shoes bc I'm stepping out of them & I'm looking more and more like a deflated balloon but oh well!! I'm totally enjoying NOT being in pain!! Keep going everyone!! We're nearly there!!

    Honestly I was really mad & frustrated, but I think a lot of this gain is water. I've been eating a lot of salty stuff, including just salting my food. Too much stress, bad sleep, TOM rapidly approaching. I know I've been retaining water, but I've also made some cruddy food choices (that includes the salty junk foods). I know the bad sleep & stress really mess with my weight. Not giving up.

    I think I'm still retaining water. I think it's also some cruddy food choices. I've upped my fat intake & I think it's showing, so I'm knocking that off the list!! You guys did fabulous, so anyone up for another round??

    May 27: I got violently sick and lost 9 pounds in 2 days! So I'm recovering
