Koren I put my kids and husband on the scale all the time to see if it's being accurate!! My body is weird like that too! So because of that, I never weight myself in the morning like they always tell you too. I weigh on Thursday or Friday because those days seem to be my accurate days. I weigh myself everyday, same time having eaten dinner the same time (because a heavy dinner also will effect the number!) for a few weeks and see which day as my "lightest". That what weight watchers taught me. I have days were I just feel swollen! I'll see what I weigh then weigh later and I'm down two pounds. But I only say I've lost if it's an obvious change for me. Even then I'll be up the next week. Body adjusting I think.

Last Sunday I weighed again & I was back at 296.0. I've hit the pool twice this week (Monday & Wednesday) so I don't know what is going on- is it water retention from exercise? Building muscle? I dunno. I do know I'm sore the evenings I exercise & the day after. I'll weigh again on Sunday & see what's what. Either way, I'm not stopping the pool & at least it's almost a pound less than last week!!

I am weighing in today instead of Thursday since I am going on vacation and will not be near a scale until next week. I am very slowly dropping on the scale, but the big winner is the # of inches lost. I have lost 2" overall just in the last two weeks. I believe it has something to do with the heavy weights!!!
I am hoping to maintain over the next several days. There will be lots of walking but no weights.

Mary definitely hit the nail dead-on!! TOM had a negative effect on the weigh in!! >:-/ Not a happy camper here- I've never weighed in during TOM bc until a couple months ago, I was done with the whole mess!! Grrr!! What is really gratifying is that even though I bounced up, it's still under 300!!! ***Happy dance!! Happy dance!!*** The TOM effect will go away in a few days so I'm irritated but not stressing!! Keep going everyone!! We're making progress!!1 -
