How do I set this up for low carb? I am 69 years old,mostly sedentary,when I try this calculator it puts in 1200 calories,150 grams of carbs,etc....know those numbers can not be right!!

Go into 'goals' and edit your numbers there. Don't follow the 'guided setup'

Best of luck! Definitely do the keto calculator at ketocalculator.com. Figure your macros, based on the percentages you wish to achieve, and plug them into your mfp daily goals. The guidelines from mfp aren't geared to low carb, at all. So you have to change them to what works for you!
