Ok I'll join ..... Since I've been stalled for a while. I don't weigh myself but I do measurements.
5'6" & 56yrs
Waist: 37" - starting MFP in Oct'15
Current waist: 31"
Goal waist: 30" end of April.
(I know it's just an inch, but I'm realistic)

I'm in, but my goal is slightly diff. I've battled eating disorders for most of my life. I'm in the best point in recovery I've been in in a really long time. But, I can't weigh myself- too triggering. I successfully battled back from anorexia, but now still fight the occasional binge, which keep extra weight on. My goal is to continue normalizing my eating, the weight will come off the more consistent I am w that. My goal is 3 meals, 2 snacks, no eating after dinner- that's been when I am most triggered to binge! I'm so close to the type of recovery I want. Maybe April will be a very happy month for me. I know I'll feel inspired by everyone else's success!!!

Original starting weight (2014) was 174. Been fluctuating in the 130's and 140's for 2 years. Finally putting in the work to get the rest of it off for good.

Hi! I've lost 12 lbs so far this year SO I'm averaging 4 lb loss per month. I'd like to keep that going for April!

We will check in every Monday, but my challenge to you personally for the month is to log everything... Every day! Drink water, and move! If you have a step tracker, try to get in your 10,000 steps every day this month.... If you are already doing 10,000 aim for 12,000.

Had a total knee replacement for 8 months ago, I have been doing Kick boxing 30 minutes 3x week for the last 6 weeks without any weight loss, walking an average of 4-5 miles Everyday for the last 3 months.....Need some support and HELP liking for advice, staying under 1200 calories everyday.
